how doni get apple.com to stop hitting my bank accts. if i buy something i want it to tell me exactly whatbit is and not a broad "apple" decription. Whenever I buy something online or possibly things I do not purchase my bank statement only list “Apple…” never the transaction or merchant - how can I stop this

Purchases from Apple are displayed on statements similar to other vendors such as Amazon who only list the company doing the billing, not the merchandise purchased or the seller if the seller isn't Amazon.

You can have Apple send you e-mail for things like iCloud+ subscription charges, or iTunes Store purchases.
These go into more detail than the credit card billing line. Note that a single credit card charge may represent several small purchases made close together.
