My iPhone 14+ recently has been shutting off randomly. It could be at 75% and I’ll just randomly cut off while I’m in the middle of doing something when it turned back on IF it turns back on it says that the battery is basically dead

That sounds like a battery which is failing. Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health and if it's health is 80% or lower, it's time to schedule a battery replacement at your Apple Store Genius Bar --> iPhone Battery Replacement - Apple Support
