how do I turn off notifications sound on my imac

I strongly dislike that jarring, high-pitched, squeaky voice that says "EXCUSE ME?!?" that Notifications now uses. I haven't been able to find a way to change it or turn it off. When I go to Notifications settings, all I see is on the attached screenshot. (No global sound options.)

To turn off the voice, go to System Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > turn off Speak announcements.

If you want to change the Excuse Me! announcement > click on the ⓘ in Speak announcements.
