Every time I take a pic the LIVE is set to on and it will not go off unless I do it manually every time.
I do not have it enabled in camera settings yet every time I take a pic, it’s on.
How can I make this stop? It’s extremely annoying.

At Settings > Camera > Preserve Settings > Live Photo, you must have this turned ON if you want the Camera to preserve the last setting used in the app. Then you can turn off Live Photo in the Camera app and it will remain off the next time you open the app.
