If you have to use Account Recovery you have missed out on all the options to speed up the process of regaining access to your account due to a forgotten password. Your password is reset immediately when any of these are true:
- You had another Trusted Device logged into your account
- You had one or more Trusted Phone numbers on your account to receive a recovery link
- You had set up a Recovery Contact
Without using any of those methods, then you are subject to the waiting period through Account Recovery. As seen in the Support Article:
