MacBook Pro ins't reading SanDisk G-Drive ArmorATD

When I connect my SanDisk G-Drive ArmorATD external drive to my MacBook Pro (2020) it deems as though my MacBook isn't reading my SanDisk. The SanDisk isn't appearing on my desktop as it normally would and it's not showing up in Finder or Disk Utility. I've watched some videos addressing this issue and followed all the instructions stated in them yet the problem still persists. Also the light on my SanDisk is on, indicating the drive is on and I've tried using different chords just in case. If anyone has any advice or knows how to fix the issue I'm having please reply with your advice. Thanks.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.6

Within Disk Utility make sure the physical drives are shown on the left pane of Disk Utility. By default Disk Utility hides the physical drives from view. Within Disk Utility you may need to click "View" and select "Show All Devices" before the physical drives appear on the left pane of Disk Utility.

We need to know whether the physical drive is even seen. If the physical drive is not shown, then you have a hardware issue of some sort (port, cable, drive, adapter, dock, hub).
