Strange images in my iPhone's Apple Account regarding purchases

I only have an iPhone but found these pictures in my apple account regarding purchases. Is this photo an apple advertisement? Also, I noticed that after I take a screenshot, my photo information is redacted.

Photos are always redacted when they contain any personal information. The screenshots you posted are not from your account, the images are part of Apple Support Articles. You can see them here:

None of that means you were scammed.

It is unclear exactly what suspicious activity you are seeing or what vulnerability analysis you are referring to that was changed. An account can be compromised fairly easily when the password is learned, usually through a phishing message, but it is very unlikely your iPhone has been remotely hacked. If you are experiencing a problem, it would be due to an account not your phone number or device. Feel free to include specifics of what you find concerning and in the meantime review the information below.

  • On your iPhone, you can run Safety Check to view if any other device is logged into your account, review Trusted Phone Numbers, and see what data is being shared with others.

Danny Rico is a made up name used by Apple in Support Articles like the ones you posted. Those are not pictures of your actual device settings.

For some websites URL redirection is expected and any website you visit can direct you to any other website without any interaction on your part. If you have a particular site you are concerned about, then provide more details about that site or a screenshot of what you are seeing.

Hi- every time I try removing a so-called device and this other person listed in these photos, by even touching the screen, I am unable to access the next step. I only have one device and my cellphone carrier stated that there is only my device connected/linked to my account, so I am wondering if this is a stock photo. However, I keep finding strange activity on my iPhone including url redirection in real time. I appreciate your feedback. Thank you!

Thank you again. I should clarify that personal screenshots specifically containing information unrelated to my account and via vulnerability analysis were changed in my photos but were never shared. On the other hand, I realize that I forget to conceal another users possible identifiable information regardless of authenticity when posting questions. Overall, reoccurring suspicious activities keep occurring. I even changed my phone number and purchased another device.
