You got a scam message.
iPhones are very locked-down, to an extent that a "virus" would not be able to spread copies of itself, and alleged "anti-virus" apps would not be able to clean an infection off of your phone even if there was one. But crooks know that people are afraid of viruses and are happy to send "phishing" messages that prey upon that fear.
The goal is to trick you into purchasing useless "security" software that will do nothing to fix the alleged "problem"; or in some cases, to get you to call a "tech support" number belonging to criminals who will rip you off directly.
