iPad shows unavailable due to multiple wrong passcode attempts

My daughter has ipad and its saying ipad unavailable as my other children put the passcode in wrong now i cant do anything with it i have tryed putting it to pc to do the stepps and half way through this the ipad goes back onto the ipad unavailable screen can any one help please
