Getting error "Your purchase could not be completed" on App Store
please am unable to buy items online using my Visa card because it always says! Your purchase could not be complete. Please help

The people on these boards are mostly other customers and won't know why you're getting that message. Click here and ask Apple Support for assistance; if you can't reach them or are in a hurry, try putting in a different payment method.
