Apple Pencil Pro will not pair with new iPad Air M3

Hi there,

I recently purchased a brand new iPad Air 11-inch M3 running iOS 18.4, and have a Pro Pencil I would like to use with it. However, I’m facing an issue with the Find My feature on the pencil. It doesn’t display the pencil at all and it has had been on magnetic charger, but nothing pops up, it does not see the pencil at all.

I have Restarted the iPad while waiting for the Apple logo to appear, but it does not see the pencil at all so I cannot pair. Yes Blue tooth is on, but the pencil does not show up there either.

I’m certain that the issue isn’t with the pencil it worked fine with my iPad Pro that I traded in. Could you please provide some guidance on how to resolve this issue?
