iPhone 12 Pro Max rear camera shaking and blurry after latest iOS update

I am writing to report an issue with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Recently, I have noticed a problem with the rear camera. After taking a few photos, the camera lens starts to shake, and the pictures become blurry. This happens in all camera modes including Photo, Portrait, and Video, except for the front (selfie) camera, which functions normally.

I am certain that my phone has not been dropped or damaged physically. I suspect that this issue may have started after the latest iOS update.
