Unable to update software on multiple Apple devices

the softwares of two of my devices are not being able to do the upgrade to the new versions, I have being trying to do figure it out all alone but I just cant . is driving me crazy seriously, Imar times I feel like all of my account's with Devices had being compromise. I had an appointment today at a michigan law cation but all of the sudden was cancel, mow i have to make an other appointment . I honestly don't know what to do i anymore really hope this time someone please guide me trough thi mass , I don't want to blame anyone but me for exposing my credential and partially sharing my network to few people whom where close to me i'm not accusing anymore i'm just frustrated , something always go wrong when im about to achieve a task, I want to make things right but Im being hold back from doing it . I want all you people to know my frustration this is being going on Since 2018- late 19- when some most of my email accounts and media profiles were wrongly theft compromised.
