Disable Limit IP Address Tracking permanently for a specific Wi-Fi network

Limit IP Address Tracking seems like a decent enough feature, so I want it on where possible, but on my home network it is causing issues, since it does not seem to use the assigned DNS servers when it is enabled. As I am using my own hosted DNS servers to access internal domains. I can see my two DNS servers in the settings for my Wi-Fi network on my iPhone, so I know it is receiving them from the DHCP server.

When Limit IP Address Tracking is enabled, it does not hit these servers resulting in my requests failing.

I have disabled Limit IP Address tracking many times for my network, but it keeps turning back on. I can't figure out what the trigger is, it's not happening after reboots.

Does anyone have any tips to disable this permanently for just my network? I'd rather not disable it outright if I can avoid it.
