Automatically lock iPhone when placed face down

Is there a setting or way to have the screen automatically lock when the iPhone is placed face down? Supposedly face down detection is turned on when you turn on Fitness Tracking, but I can't find any way to have it lock the screen on said detection.

Not that I'm aware of. Just tap the power button and it will lock the screen before you set it down. Pressing the power button once is the easiest and quickest way to lock the screen.

I don't think so.

There is no Shortcuts automation trigger for “face down” or orientation detection on iOS.
