Links do not work in certain apps (Messages, Reddit, QR code in Photos) and work fine in others. [iPhone 12 Mini, latest OS 18.5]

I recently did a full factory reset and recovery to free up system storage and this issue is still there.

Tried shutting down with volume up and power, waiting 30 seconds to power on and no luck.

In Messages:

Worked: Apple Maps, Amazon (most links that goes to an App)

Worked: Media files (PDF, Photos)

Didn't work: Google Maps (Google Maps installed)

Didn't work: Apple.com or any URL (long pressing brings up the context menu and I can copy the link)

In Photos:

Didn't work: tapping on a scanned QR code

In Reddit:

Didn't work: article links

Didn't work: links in comments

In Gmail, Chrome, Brave:

Worked: All links
