iPhone 16e, iOS 18
You either:
- Have a Do Not Disturb Focus turned on or you,
- Have Silence Unknown Callers turned on in Settings > Apps > Phone or you,
- Need to contact your carrier who controls how long or if your phone rings on incoming calls
