Unable to change Face ID after rhinoplasty on iPhone

"Unable to change Face ID after rhinoplasty on iPhone: Good morning, I just had my rhinoplasty and I cannot change or add any alternative face since I have to show my face ID, and not my passcode. Can you please help me?"

Using Passcode:

Stand to the side so that no face is seem. Then while on the Lock Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap "Use Passcode" to unlock your iPhone manually.

Then...

A. Set Up a New Face:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Face ID & Passcode
3. Enter: your Passcode
4. Tap: Set Up an Alternative Appearance
5. Proceed: from there as necessary

OR...

B. Don't Require for Face ID on Lock Screen:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Face ID & Passcode
3. Toggle Off: iPhone Unlock in USE FACE ID FOR:
