Unable to login Apple account on web

I am unable to log in at the following URL: https://account.apple.com/sign-in.

After entering my passkey on my Mac, the user interface continues to load without progressing. I also tried logging in on my phone, but the same issue persists. I'm not sure what to do next, and I have already turned off my VPN, DNS, and iCloud Private Relay, but nothing has worked.
