UNKNOWN ERROR: Can Not Log In Apple Account, Cannot Cancel Apple Care
I'm going insane. This June, I bought a new Mac in the United States, created a new Apple ID, and bought with said ID Apple Care.
Fast forward, and I move to a new country in July. I'm trying to manage my subscriptions this month and found out that I cannot log in with this new Apple ID. It will ask me for an email code, card code, and a message code. I put everything correctly, and it shows that An unknown error has occurred.
I'm trying to get support to cancel it for me and I was finally apple to reach them with my old Account, ** the chat support people say they can't cancel it, and so they direct me to the call people. I get kicked from the US Store to the Singapore Store to the Chinese Shanghai store. The call people then say they need to elevate this to an insurance/finance team. I try to get them to cancel it, and they say "Okay, we did it. "
However, I didn't get an email verifying that the cancellation got through, and it still shows I have Apple Care. I call them again, and they now say they can't do it. I'm going insane. Someone, please help me.
They keep telling me to cancel it myself. The chat support people and I have been at it for 2 days, screen-sharing and trying the support app, resetting password and iCloud and Apple-music, and nothing works. I would love to cancel myself if I could. Everyone is kicking me around and I just want it Gone.
