How do I allow certiport's secure browser access

I need to write 3 exams by using Certiport. The download a secure browser that is used to take the exam and blocks off the rest of your Mac so that you can only do the exam in their browser. I was supposed to write my first exam last night. At first everything was fine. I downloaded the browser and opened it. I logged onto my certiport account and chose my voucher. I could see the chat screen to communicate with the proctor. Suddenly my screen went blank except for the chat window. My proctor could see the exam but I couldn't. My Mac showed the notification that is attached but I couldn't click allow or anything. How do I allow access temporarily while writing the exam and then change it again so my computer is safe?

re: Certiport

Have you contacted your third party about their interface...

if in doubt search the developers website or contact their: Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility/updates…

re: MacLauncher 2

I have no idea what is this "MacLauncher 2" (?) I would try uninstall that third party app if that is your only issue.

out of curiosity —

you can try to trouble shoot :

—A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily. Login and test.

Reboot as normal.

This test will tell you if third party interference; most extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.

Rule number one — do not install garbage apps on the macOS

Rule number two—Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS
