Accidental subscription by child — charged money. Please refund.

I’m reaching out regarding an issue: a subscription to the You Can Make Up app was accidentally activated, and I was charged nearly 20,000 KZT. I did not intentionally subscribe and had only been using the free version of the app.
There is a possibility that the subscription was accidentally activated by my child — this has happened before. I have not used any of the paid features after the activation.
I kindly ask you to consider a refund, as this amount is very significant for my budget. Thank you in advance for your understanding and support.
