Пишет ошибка и крутит грузит напротив номера телефона

Sounds like activation’s stuck. Make sure your number’s showing in Settings > Phone > My Number. Also double-check your region and time zone. Try turning iMessage off, restarting your phone, then turning it back on. If that doesn’t help, it could be a SIM or carrier issue.
