Continuity Camera freezing and unfreezing during video calls and screen sharing

My continuity camera (Iphone 15 Pro) has been a great tool for podcasts, video calls, and screen sharing for clients. For no apparent reason, it has started freezing and unfreezing. When screen sharing, it keeps recording the screen, but the mic and camera freeze and unfreeze. It's getting progressively worse also. During a video call yesterday, it permanantly froze and I had to abondon it and open my Mac Book air.

Hi.

This sounds like a connection or software issue between your iPhone and Mac. Make sure both are running the latest iOS and macOS updates.

Try restarting both devices then turn Bluetooth and Wi-Fi off and on again on each.

If the problem continues, try disconnecting and reconnecting Continuity Camera in System Settings > General > AirPlay & Handoff.

If none of that helps contacting Apple Support or visiting a Genius Bar would be the next best step.
