This has nothing to do with the topic of this thread. And we can't tell you why your phone says it's having a problem with your VPN. To be honest, most iPhone's have problems with VPN. VPN on iPhone is not needed, doesn't provide the security you think it does (in fact quite the oposste) and almost always causes connectivity issues. Unless your employer or school requires the use of a VPN (which if they do, they should provide), simply get rid of the VPN and you won't have a problem anymore.

Why are you using a VPN to begin with?

Using a VPN to access the internet does absolutely nothing to protect your privacy or secure your data.
