a business number. I transferred the data over from my I Phone XR.
mobile not receiving calls yesterday so I phoned my provider and they said it was set up to a
ESim. and they are sending out a new SIM card

new SIM card solved the issue
Q: Is your new iPhone 16 able to place and receive mobile calls ? (it’s not completely clear in in my mind from your post)
FYI, an eSIM is not technically inferior to a nanoSIM in any way.
no . in the uk and I can't receive calls and place one. one thing I did was reset network settings yesterday ,
I phone was set up on the 17th
