Writing off Apple Account balance for region change
Hello, I have a balance left on my App Store account and I need to change the region, please can you write off my balance

Nobody on these boards can. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
