"Some calls go directly to voicemail: When my boyfriend calls me his call goes directly to voicemail. He has a 15 and I have a 16 E this happened to him on his 15th and had to reset the phone. Is that the only option? Has anyone else had this problem? We both have T-Mobile"

• The contact’s phone number may be incorrectly formatted or saved with an invalid or missing international dialing prefix.

Please check the Phone Number format stored in your Contact list. There must not be any manually added spaces in between the numbers. However, when you enter a phone number, iPhone will add spaces, hyphens & parentheses based on the country code prefixed to the number. That is OK, but do not add manually.
