Low speaker volume issue on my iPhone 12 Pro

im on iphone 12 pro, why is my speaker too small, i had to turn the volume up to half bar. and is it like a bug? because im on ios 16.0? like sometimes i used to be using this kind volume and and it sounds pretty loud.. btw I have the same issues on my ipad M1 on ipad os 16 i guess i forgot sorry
