"How do I fix audio breakup during calls with background noise on iPhone: if I'm making a call on my iphone and the person on the other end have noise in the background and im talking on their end they well be hearing me breaking up, how can i fix that?"

Use Noise Cancellation:

1. Go here: Adjust Audio Settings on iPhone - Apple Support
2. Scroll to: Use phone noise cancellation
