IPhone 11 battery repair phone draining quick

I have an iPhone 11 and sent it in for servicing due to a battery issue. I got it back, but the battery is deteriorating. It has only been 10 months, and the battery percentage is dropping. I checked on the Apple Website/Store, and it has a 90-day/12-month warranty. What else can I do? Should I ship it back for servicing, as I am still within the warranty period?

Apple does not repair a battery, they are only replaced. A new phone has a 1 year warranty, but that would not be the case for an iPhone 11. Repairs or Service are generally 90 days as seen here, since there is not an original warranty that would apply.

We guarantee our service, including replacement parts, for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty or AppleCare plan, whichever is longer.

With an iPhone 11, the battery is expected to last 500 charge cycles which roughly translates to about a 1% drop in battery health each month. That is just an average and depends on usage and the drop seen would not be linear. With that average, it would be expected your Battery Health would be about 90% after 10 months, so you are doing much better than the average.

The original battery in a new iPhone is covered for 12 months from the purchase date.

If the battery was later replaced, the replacement battery has a 90 day warranty. In other words, if the battery was replaced 10 months ago, the warranty on that battery expired 7 months ago, so you are not in the warranty period.

If the Battery Health is under 80%, you need to replace the battery.

.....but Apple probably has just repaired it and sent it back.

Apple does not repair any battery, they replace it.

I think it is the original battery.....

There is no way that the original battery would be at 95% now on an iPhone 11 unless the phone was not used for 3-4 years or more.

If the battery was replaced 10 months ago, the battery should be at about 90% now. If your battery is really at 95%, you should send flowers to Apple.

The battery service has probably only been roughly 10 months, and the battery cycle hasn't been through 500 cycles, less than that, so my concern would be that either the battery servicing hasn't been completed properly.

I did not say your phone had been through 500 charge cycles. I said the battery on your phone is expected to last 500 charge cycles before it reaches 80% and needs replacing. You can verify that here:

Batteries of iPhone 14 models and earlier are designed to retain 80 percent of their original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles under ideal conditions.

That means on average the Battery Health will drop 1% for every 25 charge cycles. In most cases that ends up being about 1% per month, although as noted the battery drop is not linear so some months would not drop at all and other months will drop more.

With your phone being at 94% after 10 months, you are doing much better than the average and would indicate you have probably been through about 150 charge cycles. There is nothing you should be concerned about and what you have posted is better than what would be expected.
