Can't update iPhone 8 to beta version

There would be NO beta options for an iPhone 8. iPhone 8 can be updated as high as iOS 16.7.11 and no higher. The phone is too old and lacks the hardware to be updated further. It's time to look at buying a new iPhone at this point.

There is no current Beta version that is compatible with an iPhone 8.

The current iOS 26 Beta requires an iPhone 11, iPhone SE second Generation or later.

The iPhone 8 is not compatible with anything higher than IOS 16.*. It will never receive iOS 17 or 18, let alone iOS 26.

Given that, I would not expect it to be possible to install an iOS 26 beta on an iPhone 8.
