Better me app fraudulent charges

The Better me app continues to try and charge my card $94 a month. I have No active subscriptions and cancelled services months ago. I’ve tried contacting support (they only have through email) no response. No way to make a BBB review and no contact phone number. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this app.

Apple.com/bill enormous charges For about a week or more, I’m getting a lot of declines from my card. Apple.com/bill is trying to charge me 29.99$ from the card which is not even added in my subscriptions. I’ve blocked the card, but it’s still trying to process it. How to dispute unauthorized App Store charges? There is a journaling app named Stoic. I never used it, or authorized it to bill my card. It looks like I was charged for this. How can I get my money back? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Continuously getting fraud alerts for $119.99 every time I purchase an apple product. Going insane. Whenever I rent a $3.99 movie on AppleTV I get a fraud text notification from my credit union for $119.99 for APPLECOMBILL. Twice or maybe 3 times now I've had to have my debit card blocked and go to the credit union for a new card. They have started charging me $10.00 for card replacements. This is wildly inconvenient as i have to change the card info for every single autodebit subscription that I have. I'm being charged return payment fees from some of these subscriptions. AS you can imagine this is getting very pricey not only financially but on my time and patience as well. NOW TODAY I updated my card payment information for my iCloud storage and it happened again!! So now that I know it's an Apple billing issue I've tried looking at my billing statements on my Apple account and of course there is no charge pending for $119.99 but my credit union insists it's an Apple charge and all they can do is say if the charge isn't there then we will cancel your card and you can get a new one. *** [Edited by Moderator]

If you're being billed directly by betterme.com then Apple has nothing to do with it.

File a fraud claim with the card issuer.

Somewhere along the path, it seems payment information was provided to the vendor.

Contact your payment provider.
