Active subscription preventing card removal from iPhone

I have my moms card on my phone and I tried to delete it and it says i have an active subscription but I cancelled all my subscriptions

Subscriptions will continue until the expiration date. Canceling them just tells them not to renew after that date. To have it end before that date you need to contact Apple and explain you need it to end immediately.
