Screenshots not working correctly since upgrade to MacOS 15.6

I upgraded my M4 Pro Mac Mini to MacOS 15.6 Sequoia this morning (July 30) and I've had two issues.

When I make a screenshot it no longer appears in the lower right-hand corner of the screen, which gave me the opportunity to save it to the clipboard instead. Now, it just instantly saves it to the desktop.
iPhone Mirroring has been slow, flaking, and has quit several times. (Please see the screenshot.)

I figured out the screenshot issue. Somehow the Show Floating Thumbnail was disabled. I've re-enabled it and it's working again.

Yes, once you have your Options set the way you like, I do prefer the "old" way... keyboard shortcuts

First, I want to say thanks to everyone who replied. Second, after a reboot and waiting a few days iPhone Mirroring performance is pretty much back to normal.

Yes--the former support article helped. I found another page that said to check that option. It also had a link to the Take a screenshot on Mac - Apple Support page.
