Apple trying to take money from my bank accounts

Starting off so that we’re clear here. I only have 1 subscription through Apple and it my 99p a month ICloud.

The payment for iCloud’s 99p went out account A yesterday no issue. Then today around 2:30 am they tried to take £89.99 out of bank account A and bank account B

I have no other subscription, I’ve checked Apple Pay, my iCloud emails for a receipt or evidence of a purchase and I’ve checked the App Store. There is no charge for £89.99 anywhere. It claims it’s for entertainment, I’ve double checked I don’t have Apple Music or AppleTV and even if I did they wouldn’t cost £89.99.

I honestly don’t know what to do?

First see if you can recognise the charge:

How to see what you were charged for

  1. To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple Account to see a list of purchases.
  3. If you want to see family members' purchases, select the Apple Account button and choose a family member.
  4. To see the full receipt, including tax, tap or click the date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge.

If the charge is for a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription. You can also view your Purchase History on your device.

If you checked reportaproblem.apple.com and your emailed receipts and you're still not sure why you were charged, contact Apple Support.
