Hearing Aid Power and Sync Issues:

Are these paired to another device? If so, if may be conflicting due to a call coming in, or audio that is playing. So, unpair it from the other device.

  1. Go Here: Use Hearing Devices with iPhone - Apple Support
  2. Scroll to: Hearing device disconnects unexpectedly
  3. As it Reads: If your hearing device is paired with more than one Apple device, it might switch (hand off) to the other Apple device when it detects an incoming call on that device, or when you start playing audio on the other device. You can control this by changing the Audio Handoff setting in Hearing Devices settings on your iPhone or iPad.
