Unauthorized charges from Apple.com/bill and iTunes.com

I was charged by apple.com/bill and itunes.com even though I didn’t subscribe to any services or apps and didn’t make any payments.

Uyen,

First determine if it is a real charge on your account, or just a scam phishing message trying to scare you. (I can't read Vietnamese but it looks like just a text.) Phishing messages falsely claiming that you have a big charge from Apple are unfortunately very common.

But if it is a real charge on your account, follow the steps in here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

Uyen,

Follow the steps in the article that I linked. Look in your Apple Account (if you have one) to see whether the charge is there. If not, follow the section "If you can't find the charge in your purchase history."

This is a user forum, so we cannot access your account, but the link for Apple Support is there in the document if needed.

The photos I took are screenshots of the system message sent by the bank, showing that money was deducted from my account with the transaction code 9******0. This is not a phishing message. I have also verified this by calling the bank, and they confirmed that the amount was indeed deducted. This is the second time I have been charged like this. I kindly ask Apple to review this transaction for me. Thank you very much.
