Mouse slow / lag on external monitor

Hi everyone! I have bought an M3 Ipad air and paired with a magic mouse and a magic keyboard. I also bought a usb-c hub to connect my ipad air to a external monitor. The problem is that my mouse is lagging a bit or slow on movement on the external monitor wich is a 4K TV. On the ipad the mouse works well but on the Tv not. What could be the problem? Thanks for all the help in advance!

Check the refresh rate of the external display. If it is less than 60hz sometimes it can feel like the mouse position is a bit behind.

I tried to search for it but i did not find it. I have an idea that maybe my hdmi cable is not 2.0 or 2.1 just 1.4 so it can be also the cause yes? Where should i search for this information?
