Recovering missing Apple Music playlists after resubscribing

Does anyone know how to recover playlists on apple music? I went for two months without paying for apple music because I had changed devices and when I resubscribed and logged onto apple music, all my playlists were gone. I had saved them under playlist folders but they are all gone. What's remaining is empty playlist folders with nothing in them.
