ChatGPT Plus subscription not recognized by ChatGPT

I have been paying for ChatGPT Plus for three months now. But after reaching my free prompt limit it restricts my useage and asks me if i want to upgrade to plus when I am already upgraded and paying for it!


Can you please look into this and see why I am not able to have access to plus.

Original Title: I am being charged by apple each month for ChatGPT Plus, but ChatGPT plus does not recognize this. Why?

Is this occurring within ChatGPT’s app or ChatGPT integrated with Apple Intelligence on your iPhone? If the latter, you must first link your ChatGPT account in Settings > Apple Intelligence and Siri > ChatGPT > Sign In. Once your premium account is linked you should be able to use these benefits integrated with iPhone. But if this is occurring solely in ChatGPT’s app, you’ll need to contact them for support. Make sure you’re paying for it on the right account and that is logged in.
