Suspected Apple ID and billing issues

Hi, I noticed that when I download free apps from the App Store, sometimes they don’t appear in my purchased list immediately. In some cases, I have to download them again and a new purchase record is created. The purchase date in the transaction history is correct, but the app shows up with a later date in the purchased section. I'm concerned this might affect paid purchases as well. Could you help check if there's any issue with my Apple ID or server sync?
