Good afternoon! Please help me, I've already written to support and provided a receipt. I received a response stating that I can enter the 12-digit access code that was used when submitting the deletion request (I assume this is the iCloud password) and it can be deleted. However, when I enter the password, I receive an error message stating that the request is incorrect.

Deleted how?
What exactly did you do?
If you requested deletion of the account directly to Apple, they would have sent you an email confirming the deletion process had begun and provided an access code to use to cancel the request while it's still ongoing. This has nothing to do with your iCloud password at all.
If the process has already concluded, then there's nothing that can be done as explained in the support document detailing the account deletion process. The device is permanently locked the now non-existent account and can never be logged out of it.

When you request account deletion, you’ll receive a unique alphanumeric access code. Make sure that you keep this access code in a safe place. For a short period of time while your request is being processed, you can contact Apple Support, provide your access code, and we’ll help you cancel your request so you can resume using your Apple Account.
Make sure that you sign out of all your devices to avoid issues with apps that use your Apple Account or iCloud. After your account is deleted, you can’t sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted.
If you did something other than what is described in the support document above then your account is not deleted and may be able to be logged out of the device.
