hello apple support community.i exchange my iPhone 12 to this unavailable iphone 13 pro.i can't find this iphone real owner and I don't know what's the apple id,apple id password and passcode.i can't do anything with this phone .I work hard for buy this phone .and my dream phone is 13 pro that's why I bought this.but this make me very sad :(. please help me with unlock this IMEI(*******)this is iphone 13 pro phone imei.i send all proofs of I bought this phone please help me.(******@gmail.com)this my email please inform me(+*********)and this is my number.thank you

I read the interaction you posted of you and the seller before it was redacted for the sensitive information. You purchased an Activation Locked iPhone that is also Disabled and has unauthorized parts and repairs done. That is a recipe for disaster. Return it to the seller immediately. You likely have a lost or stolen iPhone in your possession. Apple will not unlock it nor repair it.
