Created an avatar few years ago, used frequently. All the sudden, subtle changes to face, hairdo, ETC. Both versions are in Bitmoji, but default to the new one. Don’t recall paying for the initial creation of the avatar.

Contact Bitmoji for support. They control the features of the app and any data associated with the Bitmoji that may have even changed through an app update. Third party app support such as through SnapChat may also change how they are viewed in those apps.

There is no Apple native Bitmoji app, so if you're using Bitmoji, that has nothing to do with Apple. Contact them if something changed.
