'Unknown Camera' error on iPhone

Did you have the camera repaired by a non-Apple repair facility? If so, they used a camera that was not an Apple genuine part.

If not, that indicates the camera has failed and will need to be repaired.

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.
