Will Apple replace a peeling MagSafe Wallet?

Hi guys,

I got an apple magsafe wallet last year for christmas and it randomly started peeling in one of the corners, then the other corner, the sides, and the rubber top part to the front of the card holder. These all started peeling around the same time, so I'm wondering if apple will replace it for me? There isn't an option to contact them for an issue with a magsafe wallet so thats why I'm on here.

The only thing missing in your post is, whether or not, you are expecting that replacement to be "free." I'm going to assume that the answer is yes. As others have pointed out, Apple offers a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you got this one last Christmas, it should be within that time period. However, it will need to be examined by an Apple Technician to verify that is the case and not due to user abuse. Should they determine it to be a defect, the replacement should be free.

Apple's MagSafe Wallets are designed to last, but if yours is peeling, it may be defective.

Apple offers a one-year warranty on these accessories; if your wallet is within this period, contact Apple Support for a replacement.

While my advice is based on limited information, Apple will need to perform a proper inspection to determine warranty eligibility.

Good luck! 👋🏼😉
