If you’re unable to reinstall the Apple Music app from the App Store, try the following steps:

  1. Search carefully: In the App Store, search for “Apple Music” and look for the official app by Apple Inc.. It should have the red music note icon.
  2. Check Restrictions: Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps, and make sure Music is enabled. If it’s turned off, the app won’t appear in the App Store.
  3. Restart your device: Sometimes a simple restart can refresh the App Store availability.
  4. Check Region Settings: Go to Settings > General > Language & Region and ensure your region is supported for Apple Music.
  5. Update iOS: Make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS. Go to Settings > General > Software Update.

If none of these work, go to Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases > View Account, then sign out and sign back in to the App Store.

Still having trouble? You can also try downloading directly from this App Store link on your device:
