Canva Pro subscription cancelled after duplicate charge refund on Apple ID
I was charged ฿1,850 on July 6th for a Canva Pro yearly subscription — which is correct.
But then, on August 2nd, I was charged another ฿1,850 by Apple for the same thing. I only have one Apple ID, and in my purchase history, I only see the first payment.
I contacted Apple Support, and they refunded the second charge. But after the refund, my Canva Pro subscription got cancelled, even though I still paid once and never requested a cancellation.
Now I’m left without access to the subscription I paid for.
Can someone please advise how to get my Canva Pro restored without paying again? Thank you
