I requested a refund for a purchase made with my TDB (Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia) card, and it was marked as refunded on July 17, 2025.
However, I still have not received the refund in my bank account, and my bank has confirmed that they have not received any incoming transaction from Apple.
Could you please provide the refund transaction ID or reference number, the date it was processed, and the amount, so I can follow up with my bank?
